Bid Management Support (with German)

A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is fully positioned on the Sales side and plays a key role in ensuring continuous quality improvement across our international factory network while supporting customer-facing quality activities during the bidding and pre-order phase.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) by accompanying customers on-site and ensuring a professional and structured handling of quality topics.
• Act as a key interface, translator and facilitator between Sales Germany, customers, and international factories for AIS and GIS switchgears on all quality-related matters.
• Identify and track quality issues during FATs and customer visits, ensure follow-up and verification of fixes and drive continuous factory quality improvement in close collaboration with manufacturing units
• Support the Bid Management team during the proposal phase by reviewing customer quality requirements and identifying risks and opportunities related to quality
• Contribute to the implementation and optimization of administrative and business-related processes

What You Bring

• Strong understanding of quality management in an industrial or project-driven environment.
• Technical background is beneficial; experience in high-voltage switchgears or grid systems is a plus.
• Ability to identify, structure, and track quality issues in a systematic way.
• High level of ownership and persistence in ensuring sustainable issue resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across cultures.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel internationally and support on-site activities
