Job Description:

What would you do on a daily basis?

• Creating, booking and releasing invoices for Contract Logistics customers
• Cost control
• Audit of used rates and discounts
• Follow up and investigate discrepancies

What do we need from you?

• Very good English and German language in writing and speaking
• Very good MS Excel skills
• High accuracy with numbers
• Attention to details
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Enthusiastic and motivated team player
• Self-motivator and starter
• Knowledge of MS Access will be an advantage
• Accounting knowledge will be an advantage
• Knowledge of E2K system will be an advantage
• At least six months employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
