Function Overview:

As part of Global Operations, you'll be working with an amazing diverse team of talented and customer centric people across the world. We're building a world-class operation and you'll be empowered to make a difference so we can better serve our customers with an easy, connected, and flawless experience.

What you will do

• You will be responsible for orders processing and billing and report to Orders and Billing Process Leader
• You will be the main contact for our sales team to be sure the last updates are reflected in the billing system,
• You will make the necessary corrections in the event of changes to commercial agreements or invoicing errors,
• You will manage the customer database in the invoicing tool and update information when necessary,
• You will respond to customer queries and handle complaints and disputes to ensure we keep the best relationship with our customers,
• You will help set up new invoicing tools, improve and update sales administration processes,
• You will support the Local team during the annual audit and any billing queries during the year

Who you are

• Successful candidate is a team player and independent problem-solver. You are curious and look to correct root causes to prevent future service and financial impact.
• You have a knack for numbers, are very outcome oriented, and have strong prioritization skills. You have an excellent understanding of accounting practices and reconciliations.
• You are analytical, problem-solving, self-motivated, detail oriented, and collaborative
• You have a degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field or relevant experience
• You demonstrate strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail with a dedication to accuracy
• You demonstrate ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
• You demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• You have proven experience with collections, invoicing, and/or accounts receivable
• You have an understanding of accounting records and basic accounting principles, especially those related to accounts receivable
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications in particular Excel
• You are comfortable to work in multiple IT tools
• You are fluent in English and German. Both languages are required for the role.
