About the role

We're looking for a Brand Activation, Senior Manager to join our growing EU Brand Partnerships team.

You'll own the activation journey for new brands, from first conversation through onboarding and early growth, ensuring every partner has the best possible start on LTK and is set up for long-term success.

Reporting to the Director of New Business, you'll support the conversion of strategic sales opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships while managing inbound demand across the UK and wider European markets. Through consultative onboarding, strategic guidance and ongoing partnership management, you'll drive platform adoption, helping brands realise value quickly and build confidence in LTK as a core part of their creator marketing strategy.

Beyond delivering revenue, you'll help build and scale the Brand Activation function by developing repeatable onboarding processes, activation playbooks and best practices that enable LTK to support increasing brand demand while delivering a consistent, high-quality partner experience.

This is a highly commercial, cross-functional role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, improving processes and helping brands unlock long-term value through creator commerce.

How you will make an impact
Brand Acquisition & Activation

• Own the activation journey for new brand partners, from first engagement through onboarding and early growth.
• Qualify and prioritise inbound opportunities, identifying high-potential DTC, enterprise and creator-founded brands.
• Partner closely with the Director of New Business to convert strategic sales opportunities into active, revenue-generating partnerships.
• Lead discovery calls, platform demonstrations, commercial discussions and onboarding for prospective partners.
• Drive platform adoption by educating brands on LTK's products, best practices and commercial opportunities, ensuring they realise value quickly.
• Deliver against Brand Activation revenue and activation targets.

Partner Growth & Commercial Success

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded and high-potential brand partners through their first 0-6 months on the platform.
• Develop activation strategies that increase platform engagement, campaign activities and long-term investment.
• Identify opportunities to grow partner spend across gifting, creator campaigns, paid media, and events.
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights that support partner growth.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive retention and long-term commercial success.

Campaign Delivery & Partner Experience

• Guide partners through campaign activation, ensuring a seamless experience from briefing through execution and wrap-up.
• Partner closely with Campaign Operations to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
• Coordinate contracts, onboarding requirements and billing alongside Legal and Finance.
• Proactively troubleshoot onboarding or campaign challenges to maintain momentum and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
• Ensure every new partner receives a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that reflects the LTK brand.

Affiliate Partnerships & Operational Excellence

• Serve as the commercial point of contact for EU affiliate network partners.
• Partner closely with Brand Operations, Campaign Operations, Creator Success and Brand Support to deliver a seamless partner journey.
• Develop and continuously improve onboarding playbooks, activation frameworks and operational processes to enable future scale.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting through HubSpot and internal systems.
• Share market insights and customer feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to building a scalable, best-in-class Brand Activation function as the business continues to grow.

What you will bring to LTK

• 5+ years' experience in business development, brand success, sales or account management within brand digital marketing, SaaS or creator commerce.
• Proven track record of acquiring new business and growing commercial partnerships.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, affiliate marketing and the creator economy.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across commercial, operational and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable owning both strategic conversations and day-to-day execution.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and performance data to inform decision making.
• A builder's mentality: Someone who enjoys creating new processes, improving ways of working and scaling a function.
• Fluent in German and English (additional European languages are a plus, but not required).
• A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency
