Position Title: Business Care Partner

Location: Remote in Poland. If you live in Poznań or the surrounding area, we prefer hybrid work: 3 days at home and 2 days in the office per week.

Employment: Full-time employment contract.

Working time: Monday to Friday mainly from 8:00 to 16:00. On public holidays, one employee is on duty.

The Job:

As the Business Care Partner, you'll be part of our Customer Service team working as a hybrid employee. You'll get to:

• Be the first and main contact person for the customer (the distributor) within the supply chain and ensure the complete execution of all orders until the requests and disputes are resolved.
• Ensure compliance with procedures in all circumstances (CFIN entry, duties segregation of rules, etc.).
• Ensure contact with customers via email and phone.
• Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Know and master the products and catalogs of your domain.
• Communicate with sales teams about the problems inherent to their customers.
• Take prompt action with customers as soon as a matter arises (quality problems, delays, significant disruptions, etc.).

The Person:

• Fluency in German and English is required. Polish at a communicative level is good to have.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• Knowledge of technical components.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Package.
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge is good to have.

Salary Range: 81 500 - 121 899 PLN gross annually.
