Key Responsibilities:- Design, implementation, management and further development of complex global business continuity and disaster recovery plans, policies, and procedures (BCM) with a focus on payroll systems/HRIS.
- Implementation of overarching BCM processes.
- Contribution to the establishment and development of a new BCM strategy.
- Contributing to the coordination and further development of the new BCM strategy.
- Managing the implementation of regular risk assessments and analyses.
- Proactively identifying potential threats to HR services and deriving suitable response measures in compliance with global security guidelines and standards.
- Identification of disruptions and immediate management of response measures to ensure the maintenance of critical business functions in payroll operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in DHL Group to ensure participation in BCM activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business continuity plans, policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.
- Designing and implementing training and testing activities across the Group.
Qualifications & Key Requirements:- Proven working experience with processes and project management in corporate matrix organization.
- Good understanding of Information Systems, Security, ERPs, or related areas.
- Fluent German and English Language.
- Strong project management skills to design, implement, and manage complex plans.
As a plus - Understanding of BCM principles, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Previous experience in payroll operations or HR Services.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE, SCRUM or equivalent).
