As an Inside Sales Representative for the Austrian and Swiss Market, you will be an engine of growth for Iron Mountain. You won't just be managing accounts; you'll be strategically identifying, prospecting, and closing new business within designated territory.

You will join a high-energy, results-driven team in Barcelona focused on helping organizations navigate digital transformation and secure their most critical assets.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and "hunt" new business opportunities within the Austrian/Swiss mid-market via cold calling, social selling, and email campaigns.
• Strategic Prospecting: Research and map out key stakeholders (C-level, IT Managers, Legal) to understand their pain points in information management.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct high-level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain's digital and physical solutions with client needs.
• Deal Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of designated market trends and competitor activity to position our value proposition effectively.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Language Mastery: Native or near-native fluency in German is a must. Professional proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
• The "Hunter" Mentality: You have a proven track record of cold prospecting and overcoming "no" to get to the "yes."
• Sales Experience: experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or SaaS (mid-market experience is a plus).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to optimize your workflow.
• Proven ability in cold prospecting and consultative selling, with a track record of managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills-you can pivot from a friendly intro to a high-stakes negotiation with ease.
