About the role

Want to launch your sales career and actually learn how to sell - for real?

This is the perfect entry-level role if you want to master prospecting, build strong commercial skills, and grow into a high-performing sales professional.

You'll be on the phone daily, booking high-quality meetings for our channel partners across the DACH market. At the same time, Aquablu will invest heavily in you: through hands-on coaching, AI-powered tools that remove busywork, and clear growth paths into more senior commercial roles.

This role is fast-paced, people-facing, and very hands-on. You'll be learning by doing - and by getting better every single week.

What you'll do

• Run targeted outbound campaigns across the DACH market - phone, email, LinkedIn, and social
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and book high-quality discovery meetings
• Partner with AEs and channel managers to build account plans for priority German, Swiss and Austrian accounts
• Use data and CRM insight to prioritise outreach and report on pipeline health
• Feed market intelligence back into marketing, product, and sales leadership
• Represent Aquablu: Travel to partner events and trade shows across the German speaking regions
• Act as a cultural and linguistic bridge for any German speaking prospects - fluency in German is essential

About you

• Comfortable on the phone: Rejection doesn't scare you - it motivates you
• Experience: Outbound sales, customer-facing, hospitality, or similar roles
• Fluent in German (required) and English; other European languages are a big plus
• Based in the Netherlands, close to Amsterdam.
• Hungry to grow: You see this role as a launchpad for your sales career
• Highly coachable: You actively seek feedback and apply it
• Resilient & self-driven: You own your targets and bounce back from tough days
• Strong communicator: You build rapport quickly and represent Aquablu professionally

How you'll grow

This role is a launchpad for your sales career. You'll quickly build strong fundamentals in cold calling, qualification, and discovery through daily practice and hands-on coaching. After 12-18 months, you'll be ready to grow into roles like Account Executive, Partner Management, or other commercial positions at Aquablu.
