Business Management Intern - Sound (German Speaking)

What is the role about?

We are looking for a Business Management Intern to join our Sound business and support the Business Management and Sales teams across Europe.

This is a practical internship where you will work with real commercial data, help prepare reports and business reviews, and support the team with day-to-day sales and business operations. You will work with colleagues from Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and other teams, so it is a good opportunity to understand how an international consumer electronics business works in practice.

If you like working with numbers, bringing structure to information and understanding what drives commercial performance, you will probably enjoy this role.

What will you be working on?

Your responsibilities will be a mix of commercial analysis, reporting and operational support. For example, you will:

• Prepare weekly and recurring reports for the regional team and global headquarters.
• Support sales reporting, Excel analyses, forecasts and commercial overviews.
• Collect and consolidate information from different countries and teams.
• Support pricing activities and help follow up on potential pricing or system issues.
• Help with product listing processes and keep commercial and cost files up to date.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for regular business reviews and reporting calls.
• Support weekly Aging calls and biweekly country/business review meetings.
• Provide data and analysis to the Business Management team.
• Support Sales teams with day-to-day operational questions and follow-ups.
• Respond to ad hoc customer requests, for example around product documentation or declarations of conformity.
• Keep project trackers, databases and internal documentation up to date.
• Coordinate follow-ups between Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain and other internal teams.
• Support ongoing projects and help improve simple internal processes and workflows.

As you get more familiar with the business, there will be room to take ownership of your own reports, analyses and smaller projects.

Who are we looking for?

• You are studying Business, Economics, Commercial Management, International Business, Finance or a related field.
• Ideally, you are in the final stage of your studies.
• You are comfortable working with numbers and commercial data.
• You have a good working knowledge of Excel and are confident with spreadsheets.
• You can create clear and professional PowerPoint presentations.
• You are organised, accurate and comfortable managing several tasks at the same time.
• You are able to work independently, ask questions when needed and follow through on actions.
• You are curious, practical and interested in how an international business operates.
• You are comfortable communicating in English with colleagues from different countries and functions.
• Fluent German is a must for this role.
• Experience with Salesforce is a nice-to-have, but it is not required.

What will you learn?

This internship is not only about reporting. You will get a close look at how our Sound business manages pricing, forecasts, stock, product launches and commercial performance across different European markets, including Headphones, Audio and Soundbars.

You will build practical experience in sales and commercial analysis, business reporting, pricing, forecasting, project coordination and international stakeholder management.

If you are approaching graduation and the match is right, the experience from this internship can also be a strong starting point for a future junior role in business management, sales operations or a related commercial function.

You will join an international team working on our Sound portfolio and will collaborate with colleagues across European markets as well as with our global headquarters.

Business Management sits between the market, Sales and Product teams and helps turn commercial plans into day-to-day execution. As an intern, you will be part of that process and contribute to the team rather than only observe it.
