The Opportunity

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and represent a leading telecommunications brand in Europe.

In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service through inbound calls and support activities, including policy administration, data processing, and claims assessment of moderate complexity, all in line with company standards and procedures.

We are looking for candidates who speak Dutch and German fluently (C1 level or higher) and have excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.

You will help customers protect what matters most by supporting them when their mobile phone or device is lost, stolen, or damaged.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch and German language skills (C1 level or above).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping people.
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential.
