Commercial Operations Intern with German (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting customer-specific certificates, such as RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, and Certificates of Compliance
• Handling commercial customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Communicating results to customers and ensuring cases are properly closed once resolved
• Maintaining master data for materials and customers
• Supporting daily business operations and administrative activities

Your Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree
• Fluency in both English and German, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive and eager to learn
