***German (C1) is a must-have requirement for this specialist-level role. We are looking for professionals with approximately 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing commercial operations, project coordination, order management, sales support, supply chain, or related business functions.***

Join our team and play a key role in supporting strategic commercial opportunities across EMEA. Our team manages product evaluation, pilot, and First of Series (FOS) projects that help showcase solutions, support decision-making, and contribute directly to business growth.

Working closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Dealers, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and other business functions, you will coordinate Solution Demonstration Projects from opportunity visibility through successful execution. Your focus will be on stakeholder alignment, project coordination, communication, issue resolution, and ensuring projects are delivered complete, on time, and with exceptional quality.

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Leading product evaluation, pilot, and Proof-Concept Projects from opportunity visibility through planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Dealers, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Finance, and other business partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Building strong partnerships with DACH Sales teams, Dealers, and internal stakeholders across EMEA.
• Identifying project risks, managing escalations, and driving timely resolution of issues before they impact project delivery.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, complete, and with exceptional quality standards.
• Driving project visibility through proactive planning, reporting, communication, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contributing continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen operational excellence and enhance stakeholder experience.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent German and English communication skills, written and verbal (minimum B2 German, advanced English).
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, customer service, sales support, order management, supply chain, logistics coordination, or similar cross-functional business environments.
• Experience working directly with customers, dealers, vendors, business partners, or internal commercial stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Coordination, or Project Coordination roles.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines in a dynamic business environment.
• Experience working in international and matrixed organizations.
• Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, coordinate action plans, and drive follow-through across functions.
• Experience using ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or similar business systems.
