About the Team
We are looking for a German speaking Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that the activities of Tied Agents fully comply with the Company's internal policies and international regulatory standards. You will be responsible for monitoring communications, identifying potential breaches, and supporting business processes in the area of AML and Compliance.

We are looking for a German speaking Compliance Monitoring Specialist to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that the activities of Tied Agents fully comply with the Company's internal policies and international regulatory standards. You will be responsible for monitoring communications, identifying potential breaches, and supporting business processes in the area of AML and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out special assignments and projects from the Head of the Tied Agents Compliance Department, including the development, implementation, annual review, and update of the Company's policies and procedures;
- Monthly monitoring of random telephone conversations of Tied Agents with clients from Germany, as well as monitoring of emails and tickets between employees and clients to detect potential breaches;
- Preparing monthly memos summarizing the results of communication monitoring for Tied Agents;
- Providing advice and assistance to the Customer Support Department of Tied Agents on AML and Compliance matters;
- Preparing monthly and annual reports for the Head of the Tied Agents Compliance Department on own activities, identified issues, and actions taken;
- Cooperating with the IT team to ensure technical accuracy and adequacy of data;
- Setting up and coordinating technical tasks related to Compliance monitoring;
- Reviewing previous monitoring reports to identify recurring issues and interacting with Tied Agents' employees to resolve them;
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
- Law, economics, or finance background is an advantage;
- Proven experience in Compliance, Risk Management, AML or Quality control or Customer Support;
- Basic knowledge of AML and Compliance regulatory requirements;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work with large amounts of information;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments;
- Fluency in German (Upper-Intermediate or higher) and working proficiency in English;
- Confident user of MS Office.
