Job Description

Contract Transitions Specialist

Location: On-site, Open-Space Office
Working Hours: Full-time, 08:00 - 17:00

Responsibilities:

Support the team in processing contract transitions (contract takeovers, asset sales, contract terminations) for existing customers.
Guide customers through the contract transition process and respond to inquiries via email.
Act as a key interface between customers, Customer Care, Technical Customer Service, Legal, and Portfolio Management.
Assist in projects and drive process improvements.

Key Tasks:

Execute administrative tasks related to rental/loan contract transfers.
Create new customer accounts and transfer assets accordingly.
Update monitoring data and other relevant information using Salesforce and various web interfaces.

Qualifications

German language skills at C1 level (mandatory).
Ideally, some professional experience in the energy sector or an administrative field.
Proactive mindset - you contribute ideas, find solutions, and understand operational processes comprehensively.
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style.
A degree or vocational training is a plus, but career changers are warmly welcomed!
