Position Summary

For our Nestlé Business Services, we are currently looking for a Coffee Specialist. Reporting to CRC Team Leader, this professional will be responsible for all the front office contacts with customers for Nespresso brand.

A Day in the Life of...

• Attend all type of contacts done by Nespresso Customer by voice, email or chat for both B2C or B2B business.
• Welcoming customers and identifying their needs.
• Advising customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
• Initiating customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulating their curiosity about our complete range of products.
• Conducting an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guiding customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance.
• Maximizing the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).

What Will Make You Successful

• One- or two-years' Experience in Customer Facing (mandatory)
• Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)
• Proficiency in German - Mandatory
• Proficiency in English is an asset
• Good relational and communication skills
• Multitasking
• Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
