Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or performance marketing
• Familiarity with tools such as Cruva, automation bots, and creator outreach platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in influencer marketing and/or managing creator partnerships
• Understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and outreach automation tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to identify high-quality creators
• German language proficiency is an advantage for supporting the German market; however, translation tools may be used by non-German-speaking candidates

Responsibilities

Sample & Affiliate Management

• Manage and process sample requests through designated platforms, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate tracking against campaign plans
• Maintain and update affiliate tracking systems with all sample activity, performance, and outcomes

Creator Outreach & Automation

• Set up, manage, and maintain outreach automation tools for creator recruitment and engagement
• Build, refine, and optimize outreach filters to identify and target relevant creator segments
• Adjust automation settings and workflows based on campaign performance and creator response trends

Creator Vetting & Quality Control

• Review creator profiles before approving sample or collaboration requests to ensure alignment with brand standards
• Recommend new outreach criteria and process improvements to strengthen creator partnership quality

Performance Reporting

• Prepare weekly outreach performance reports covering response rates, engagement metrics, conversions, and campaign effectiveness
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve outreach efficiency and overall performance

Creator Community Management

• Manage affiliate competitions, identify winners, and coordinate prize distribution
• Monitor community communications, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary
• Support community activations, engagement initiatives, communications, and related activities
