We create technological solutions for our customers at any stage of the product development process with a focus on hot topics such as digitalization, e-mobility and autonomous systems, largely for the automotive, aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors.

What to expect:

The CRM CS in Automotive, will report to an activity manager and will perform the following actions:

• Use of inline HTML and CSS for email personalization and adaptation of existing templates
• Application of AMP script and/or JavaScript for dynamic personalization and advanced campaign logic
• Creation and personalization of journeys and campaign templates, consistent with the brand's visual identity and objectives
• Analysis and reporting of campaign performance (open rates, Click-Through Rate -CTR-, conversions, etc.), including for automated journeys and one-off campaigns
• Identification of optimization opportunities through A/B testing, advanced segmentation, and dynamic personalization
• Close collaboration with the media team for digital activations integrated into Salesforce
• Support for campaign migration and adaptation from Adobe Campaign and the local WhiteImage platform to SFMC, as part of the ACTIVATE initiative
• Participation in training and onboarding sessions offered by the core team as part of the ACTIVATE initiative
• Technical collaboration with the core team to ensure alignment with best practices and global standards
• Ensuring the consistency and quality of data used in campaigns, in compliance with privacy policies and GDPR
• Documenting processes and journeys to facilitate scalability and reuse
• Monitoring and maintaining the proper functioning of active journeys (verifying triggers, volumes, deliverability rates, etc.)
• Proposing new CRM initiatives and automations to increase engagement and conversions
• CMDM/RTC lead for Romania, GDPR-compliant databases
• Works with Product Owners, Product Leaders, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Business Experts, Electric Electronic System Architects

What you bring along:

• Degree in Automatics & Computer Science Engineering, Applied Sciences Engineering, Transports Engineering, Electronic Engineering or similar
• At least 2-3 years of experience and technical background in data governance
• Good understanding of CRM, digital marketing or automated campaigns - communication campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation and configuration (e-mail, SMS, push notifications, etc.)
• Knowledge in CRM and performance analysis to continuously optimize results
• Knowledge of performance analysis to continuously optimize results
• Knowledge of centralized databases and GDPR
• Knowledge of email personalization and adaptation of existing templates
• Knowledge of data visualization dashboards, interfaces and data flow between systems
• Knowledge of data architectures (e.g., Customer Master Data Management -CMDM- processes) and RTC (Real Time Chat)
• Knowledge of CRM specific software (e.g. HTML & CSS BigQuery/SQL, Spotfire/Power BI, Python, Adobe Campaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, AMP script/JavaScript, Salesforce Marketing Cloud -SFMC-, internal systems such as RTC, etc.)
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with local and international teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to design visually and functionally consistent campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance data
• Knowledge of English language and German language
