Medier Marketing Agency is seeking for a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Executive to join our dedicated team. As a pivotal member of the CRM department, you will manage and optimize campaigns, analyze player behavior, and enhance customer journeys. Leveraging your native-level German communication skills, your expertise will elevate retention strategies and engagement mainly for our German-speaking customer base.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and monitor targeted CRM campaigns tailored mainly to the German-speaking markets.
- Optimize Customer retention and reactivation through data-driven strategies.
- Work with leading CRM systems to ensure flawless campaign execution and reporting.
- Analyze key performance metrics, Customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness to propose innovative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer support to ensure consistency across the customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken) - essential to this role.
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Optimove, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other related systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting but can also excel independently.
