Who we are looking for

We're Hiring: Senior SAP Basis Expert (German Speaking)

Are you an experienced SAP professional ready to take on high-impact challenges? We're looking for a Senior SAP Technical Administrator to join our team and help drive excellence in SAP operations and client delivery.

What you bring:

• Bring 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP technical administration and operations (SAP ECS), with a strong focus on SAP Basis.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA (architecture, migration, methodology, tools).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Basis/NetWeaver and related SAP technologies.
• Solid knowledge of cloud & hyperscalers, networks, and virtual technologies.
• Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
• Proven success in client-facing roles (Service Delivery, Consulting, Pre-Sales).
• Strong customer orientation with excellent relationship and escalation management skills.
• ?Ability to collaborate effectively in international, cross-cultural teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Your future role

• Take ownership of the entire SAP ECS engagement, leading delivery across supporting functions to ensure contract scope is met and customer expectations are exceeded.
• Bring deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA - architecture, conversion, migration paths, methodologies, and tools.
• Work with advanced infrastructures, including SAP high availability & disaster recovery setups, networks, load balancers, and virtual technologies.
• Drive proactive service planning, setting up roadmaps and leading regular service review meetings on both operational and strategic topics.
• Be the go-to (de-)escalation point for delivery matters, from incidents and service requests to other critical customer requirements.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across ECS teams and other internal or external stakeholders.
• Identify top issues and execute service plans that safeguard and improve delivery outcomes.
• Support commercial processes, from change request management to contract compliance and risk management.
• Act as the primary customer contact for ECS delivery teams across Service Request Fulfilment, Incident, Event, and Problem Management.
