What yo will enjoy doing

Yo will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential cstomers by solving cstomer simple qeries that impact the performance of the bsiness

Ensring that the data received from the cstomers is accrately and timely maintained is part of yor job

Ensre the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Cstomer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master

In addition, yo will manage channel reqests to the appropriate person responsible for complex reqests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

What makes yo great

Minimm secondary school (High School) is reqired for this role

Yo speak German as a native langage, English B

SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fllfil this role

Yo have previos experience in cstomer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred

Yo are able to commnicate efficiently by phone and email with cstomers on a daily basis

Yo are ready to face new challenges and contribte actively to the sccess of the company's digital transformation project

Yo are able to gather, interpret, and se data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a fll time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hors will be from 7: hrs till 16: hrs.
