Customer Service Representative - German Speaker (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business
• Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
• Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master
• In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

What makes you great

• Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
• You speak German as a native language, English B2
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fullfil this role
• You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred
• You are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis
• You are ready to face new challenges and contribute actively to the success of the company's digital transformation project
• You are able to gather, interpret, and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 07:00 hrs till 16:00 hrs.
