Customer Solution Associate, Proficient in English and German

Position open to candidates located in Málaga or Valencia.

As a Customer Solution Manager Associate, you'd perform a key role in maintaining long-lasting customer relationships by understanding each client's needs and how our products can be tailored to them.

Your challenges and objectives:

• Profoundly understand the potential uses of our platform to fulfill customer needs.
• Collaborate with the account manager to build strong customer relationships by being attentive to their requirements.
• Add value to each customer's configuration by understanding their specific needs.
• Prioritize assignments and develop a clear vision of their context to keep your workload organized and relevant.

Your day-to-day activities:

• Meet with account managers to understand the scope and time frames of each assignment.
• Manage team assignments from case creation to resolution, interacting with other teams and providing feedback along the way.
• Help configure customized Avature solutions by:
• Moving configurations from test environments to production.
• Analyzing and creating relevant reports.
• Running QA tests to ensure everything works as expected.

• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Comfortable using AI tools in day-to-day work and genuinely interested in staying up to date with emerging AI capabilities.
