As we continue to expand internationally, particularly across German-speaking markets, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager UK/DACH to join our Customer Success team and support our Enterprise customers throughout their journey with Dastra.

Your role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the project lead for your customers' success with Dastra.

You will manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers across both existing accounts and new logos in emerging markets, which will evolve over time as we scale internationally.

Your role will cover the entire customer journey, with a strong focus on onboarding, implementation, product adoption, and long-term customer success.

You will become one of your customers' key contacts and a trusted expert on the Dastra platform, helping them translate complex business, technical and regulatory challenges into concrete use cases.

Your main objectives will be to:

• Successfully onboard and implement Dastra within complex organisations
• Drive product adoption and long-term engagement
• Support change management across customer organisations
• Demonstrate the value delivered by the platform
• Secure renewals and customer satisfaction
• Identify growth opportunities in close collaboration with our UK & DACH Sales and market specialists

Your responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and implementation projects, from kick-off to successful product adoption
• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers, acting as their main point of contact and trusted partner
• Drive customer success through regular follow-ups and Business Reviews, monitoring usage, satisfaction and value
• Anticipate risks, secure renewals and identify growth opportunities alongside Account Managers
• Build expertise in data protection, AI governance and compliance, and share customer insights with Product and Tech teams
• Contribute to customer education and Dastra's visibility through training, webinars, events and expert content

Your environment

You will join our Customer Success team and report to Jérôme, our Director of Operations and co-founder.

You will work closely with:

• Our Customer Success and Account Management teams
• Our international teams (UK & DACH)
• Sales, Marketing, Product and Tech
• Experts specialised in privacy and data protection

Our customers are mainly mid-market and Enterprise organisations dealing with complex data privacy, AI governance and compliance challenges.

CRM: HubSpot

During your first 3 to 6 months, you will go through a transition and ramp-up period to progressively build your expertise on Dastra, our methodology and your customer portfolio.

Who we're looking for

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, SaaS consulting, implementation, project management or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of SaaS environments, ideally involving complex or technical products
• Experience managing Enterprise or large corporate customers
• Proven experience with onboarding, implementation, adoption and change management
• Comfortable working on complex topics involving multiple stakeholders

Languages

• German: fluent / native-level proficiency
• English: fluent
• French: a strong plus

You will work with German- and English-speaking customers while collaborating closely with our French and international teams.

• Ability to understand and simplify complex technical and functional topics
• Strong project management, organisation and analytical skills

Compensation & working conditions

• Compensation around €50K gross/year + variable compensation, depending on experience
• Target profile: experienced Customer Success professional with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Ideally based in Paris / Île-de-France
• Hybrid working model with 2 remote days per week
• 5 weeks of paid leave + 10 RTT days
