As a Customer Success Partners, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales teams, ensuring the smooth execution of quoting activities and delivering a high-quality experience to our customers. Acting as a key point of contact, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to provide timely support, resolve queries, and contribute to the overall customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with day-to-day quoting and commercial activities.
• Manage and coordinate customer requests and spot quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers, providing updates on services, pricing, and changes.
• Help resolve customer queries and issues, working cross-functionally to find solutions quickly.
• Support follow-ups and escalations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate data and contribute to reporting and administrative tasks.
• Take part in process improvements and team initiatives, helping to drive efficiency and quality.

What We're Looking For:

• German language skills at Intermediate level (B1/B2 or equivalent) or above.
• Good English language skills for communication within our international environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer care, customer service, customer support, sales support, quoting, shared services, or a related operational role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
