Customer Supply Chain Management Representative with German Language (f/m/div)

As a Customer Logistics Management Representative, you will be responsible for the demand fulfillment and logistics management for a specifically assigned customer portfolio, working as an integral part of the demand creation team, within the corporate supply chain organization.

In your new role you will:

• Act as first point of contact for all demand fulfilment related activities with Infineon Customers end-to-end
• Provide premium customer experience by orchestrating between customers and internal partners supporting value-add information & services through close communication and collaboration
• Deal with customer order management queries regarding their needs and balancing this against Infineon capabilities through established logistics concepts considering legal requirement
• Analyse customers' market and business (including demand development), anticipating future customer requirements and act in line with the overall Infineon Technologies strategy
• Strive for continuous optimization of customer supply chain concepts
• Ensure on-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction
• Embrace process and systems changes through supported self-learning

You are a team player with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues at all levels. You work with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a zero-defect mindset, while demonstrating problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic business environment. Proactive and independent, you take initiative and make decisions confidently to drive results.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• 3rd level qualification in a business or related discipline (Supply Chain/Operations emphasis preferred)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Customer Related environment
• Fluency in English and German required
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and be highly computer literate particularly with Microsoft Office, CRM, Jira and Tableau
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in the required languages
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and to work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work on your own initiative with strong problem solving and decision-making ability
• Expertise in utilizing reporting platforms effectively to gather key data and present reporting outcomes to customers, external stakeholders and on occasion management teams at Infineon
• Ability to adapt quickly, working in a dynamic business environment
• Excellent relationship building skills, especially with our valued customers
• Zero-Defect mindset
