What you'll be doing

You'll be the go-to expert supporting travel customers and frontline teams across Travelport systems.

Day to day, you will:

• Support customers across multiple channels (phone, chat, email, web)
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, practical solutions
• Work with industry-leading travel systems (including GDS platforms)
• Take ownership of customer issues and drive them to resolution
• Partner with internal teams to escalate and solve complex challenges
• Spot trends and help improve the overall customer experience

✅ What we're looking for

We're open to different backgrounds-as long as you bring the right attitude and language skills.

You'll stand out if you have:

• German (strong B2+/C1) and good English
• Experience in travel, airlines, tourism, OR customer support
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Galileo is a plus-but not essential)
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
