Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer offers, quotations, and price lists using dedicated tools and systems.
- Verify customer requirements regarding quality, quantity, planning, and logistics.
- Review contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage customer orders in ERP/SAP systems, including order processing, updates, and modifications.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with Production Planning, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, and schedule changes to customers.
- Support export-related activities and ensure proper handling of shipping documentation.
- Monitor credit limits before shipment and coordinate shipment release processes.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and documentation.
- Support claim management processes, including claim registration, investigation, coordination, and commercial closure.
- Issue corrections and assist in resolving customer complaints and claims.
- Cooperate with Finance and Accounts Receivable teams regarding payments, credit notes, receivables, and customer credit limits.
- Create and maintain accurate customer and order-related documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships.
- Participate in projects, training activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an international team.
- Continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn new skills.
- Experience with SAP, CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, or order management platforms will be considered an asset.
