In Romania, Deutsche Telekom has set up a Shared Service Center in Bucharest & Timisoara - Deutsche Telekom Services Europe Romania (DTSE Romania), which delivers support function services such as HR, Accounting, Reporting and Finance, as well as IT support services for these lines of business, for the whole European Deutsche Telekom footprint since July 2013.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the digital transformation of Deutsche Telekom's financial and planning processes through Jedox-based modeling and automation.
• Translate business requirements into operational planning models and collaborates with controllers and stakeholders from Telekom Germany in agile sprints.
• Contribute to the design of multidimensional data structures (dimensions, cubes, KPIs, business rules) and ETL processes to ensure accurate, automated data flows and consistent reporting standards.
• Create front-end reports and dashboards in Jedox to simplify data collection and enable data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee platform access management and content security of the platform
• Coordinate with Jedox internal support, managing issue reporting and resolution

Experience:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, Mathematics or a related degree
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, Controlling, Business Intelligence or related field
• At least 1 year of experience working in Reporting and Planning software
• Experience in OLAP databases or any multidimensional databases is beneficial
• Language: Fluent written and spoken English and German skills
