About the team: As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.

Job Description

Our team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
• Raise awareness among employees of internal and external regulations relating to information security and cyber attacks and delivering face to face training
• Support different departments as Professional Data Security Partner (Professional DSP)
• Identify risks regarding Information Security and Privacy (ISP) and define appropriate measures
• Offer support and consulting to departments in implementing legal and internal ISP requirements
• Create ISP Data Clasifications together with the responsible management
• Create and conduct trainings and awareness sessions for the management, associates and for direct employees
• Support with ISP relevant self-checks
• Ensure compliance with Data Protection laws
• Ensure compliance with the ISO Standards ISO27000 (Information Security)
• Ensure compliance of Digital Offers with respect to data protection laws
• Advise and provide support to each nominated department to ensure minimum risk to data and IT end devices
• Participate in regional collaboration meetings and training.
• Report on progress, open points, questions and risks
• Other activities as required by the employer

Qualifications

Who you are?

• Bachelor in Business Economics, Information Technology or comparable
• Good knowledge in the area of information technology, technical data protection or information security and privacy would be of advantage
• Ability to identify risks, evaluate them and develop/suggest constructive solutions
• High degree of customer orientation, pro-activeness and commitment
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with management level and project teams
• Ability to work independently, systematically and in a structured manner
• Team player
• Remarkable communication and presentation skills
• IT affinity and professional usage of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Very high level of written and spoken English and German language
