In the AI Workforce Specialists team, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible specialist sellers with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end AI Workforce transformation at scale through high-impact, value-driven customer engagements-helping organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes and unlock the full potential of AI-powered productivity. As a Digital AI Workforce Specialist, you will lead the charge in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity across AI Workforce solutions (M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Chat, Agents, ME3, ME5, Frontline Worker) and build strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable customers to drive and adopt AI transformation. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration and execution of end-to-end AI Workforce solutions opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Responsibilities

You will drive customer conversations around modern workplace transformation by showcasing how Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-powered solutions can enhance productivity, employee engagement, and business outcomes-tailored to industry-specific needs and priorities.

You will collaborate with the partner ecosystem to co-sell and co-innovate, identifying opportunities to integrate AI and modern work capabilities into customer scenarios, and supporting partner onboarding where relevant.

You will use data-driven insights and business analysis (e.g., whitespace analysis, identify industry trends) to pursue high-potential customers and develop a target list of potential business.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end business of the assigned territory as you conduct forecasting for accounts and develop a portfolio and territory plan to drive intentional selling aligned with strategic priorities.

You will apply the orchestration model to proactively drive deal closure by identifying and align internal stakeholders, leverage and expand relationships with partners.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Several years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration (e.g., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND several years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• Full proficiency in English (both written and verbal) AND German (Level C1 or higher)

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of solution sales or consulting services experience
• Experience with AI technologies and change management/adoption is an asset.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 49,200.00 - € 71,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 38,000.00 - € 59,700.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
