Experienced HR Advisor

Your role in a nutshell:

Provide Ask HR support on all HR policies and processes: a remote advisory support service via telephone and email to all employees and managers, acting as the primary contact for employees, interfacing with Centers of Expertise, Business Partners and 3rd party providers. Perform day-to-day administration tasks, supporting HR and their customers, using HR systems and processes.

What you'll do:

Act as the primary contact for line managers and emplyoees providing a first class remote HR consultancy service on all HR policies and processes.
Work with a great deal of independence and resolves most queries on his/her own. Escalate those queries where there is no written policy or process.
Deliver front office support in contract management, organization management, SAP HR MD delivery.
Actively identifie and highlights opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and work practices.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • expert knowledge of HR systems and employee relations
  • basic knowledge of people strategy, resourcing, reward and recognition, learning and development, organization and change
  • business awareness
  • HR experience at a multinational company
  • customer service experience (desired)
  • computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
  • SAP HR, SRM, Remedy, IVR knowledge (desired)
  • fluent English
  • additional language (desired)
  • communication skills
  • attention to detail
  • cross cultural sensitivity
