To support key topics such as AI in HR, process standardization and harmonization, recruiting, and collaboration across German subsidiaries, we are looking for an experienced HR Project Manager with a strong delivery mindset and proven end-to-end project execution skills.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment, quickly builds impact, and is comfortable taking ownership of complex projects with a typical duration of 3-6 months before transitioning to the next priority topic.

Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership and delivery of strategic HR projects, from scoping to execution and closure.
- Drive fast-paced project cycles (3-6 months) with clear milestones, outcomes, and measurable impact.
- Quickly ramp up on new topics, ensuring continuity and delivery excellence across changing priorities
- Operate effectively in less structured environments, bringing clarity, structure, and direction where needed.
- Manage uncertainty and ambiguity, making well-founded decisions even with incomplete information.
- Develop organizational and process concepts in close collaboration with HR, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Prepare high-quality decision materials for senior management and act as a trusted advisor.
- Define and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency at all times.
- Proactively steer stakeholders and decision-making processes in a complex environment.
- Drive results-focused execution of OKRs and key deliverables.
- Ensure structured handover and knowledge transfer when transitioning between topics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, agility, and delivery excellence across HR initiatives.
Your Profile:
- 5+ years of strong project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results under time constraints and navigate uncertainty and shifting priorities.
- Proven experience working in ambiguous, fast-changing, and less structured environments.
- Experience managing short-cycle projects (3-6 months) and transitioning efficiently between topics.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (agile, hybrid, or waterfall) and delivery frameworks.
- Ideally experience in HR, consulting, or transformation programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
- Highly structured, data-driven, and outcome-oriented mindset, with the ability to create clarity out of complexity.
- Ability to quickly understand new topics and translate them into actionable plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluent German and English (C1)
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
