Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (hybrid)
Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week)

What you'll be doing
You'll be providing high-quality accounting services in compliance with the principles of accounting for the portfolio of international companies. It is an exciting role with great responsibility and opportunities to grow.
How you'll spend your day
As part of the first interview, candidates will be asked to demonstrate their financial knowledge through a few targeted questions and a short practical task. This helps us assess your understanding of key concepts and your approach to solving real-world finance challenges.

What you'll be doing
You'll be providing high-quality accounting services in compliance with the principles of accounting for the portfolio of international companies. It is an exciting role with great responsibility and opportunities to grow.
How you'll spend your day
- Perform primary bookkeeping tasks, including recording invoices, bank transactions, and payments
- Collect, analyze, and enter financial and administrative data to ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting records
- Reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Prepare periodic financial and management reports
- Communicate with clients on accounting-related matters and respond to their inquiries
- Support senior finance team members in daily accounting operations and ad hoc tasks
- Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other statutory reports
- Maintain documentation and support audit processes when required
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities for assigned companies
- Provide guidance and support to junior or less experienced colleagues
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Mathematics/Business administration/Finance or similar.
- Not less than 1-year professional experience in Finance or similar field.
- Good communication skills - fluency in written and spoken German and English is essential (at least B2 level).
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Independent thinking.
