What you'll do

• First level query management via ticketing system
• Processing course and certification registrations for SAP Training and Adoption products (back-end & front-end)
• Supporting customers with Troubleshooting
• Invoicing, issuing cancellations and credit notes (incl. Dispute Case Management)
• Close cooperation and communication with external and internal customers
• General administrative tasks
• Continuous process improvement

  • Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
  • Fluent written and spoken German (mandatory)

We are a diverse and friendly team who covers the MEE region in the Order-to-Cash Training department. The majority of our team is located in Prague but we also have four amazing colleagues supporting us from Buenos Aires.
