Job Description

As member of the team of Deutsche Telekom Security you will play a major role in the design, implementation and maintenance of coherent sets of policies, processes and systems to handle the security, risks and controls to ensure an appropriate level of information security and compliance for business/enterprise customers consuming IT services from our company. You will be part of the Information Security Management Team of the Deutsche Telekom Group. This team is responsible for the implementation and development of Information Security Management methods and processes including governance structure for the whole group.

Your tasks:

• Tasks related to our global security automation and reporting efforts
• Analysis of security as well as identification and evaluation of optimization potentials in the dimensions of costs, efficiency and effectiveness
• Preparation of decision papers as well as presentation and discussion of results with top management
• Management of the operationalization and implementation of strategic corporate initiatives and programs
• Representation of interests in overarching, strategic committees

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in IT Security Management / Informatics / Engineering / Cyber security / Project management or a comparable qualification
• High-level English and German language knowledge
• Minimum 5 years experience in information security
• IT security related education and/or certifications (ISO27k LA, CISSP, CompTIA, CRISC, etc.)
• Experience in managing strategically oriented projects and coordinating with audit service providers, including budgeting
• Teamwork, self-confidence and diplomatic skills
