As a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our gaming operations team. You'll handle critical content review, player account management, fraud prevention, and operational support for our gaming platform-working with our experienced team to ensure smooth 24/7 operations.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Fluent German (spoken & written) - Native or bilingual level
• Fluent English (spoken & written) - Native or bilingual level
• Authorized to work in the EU
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Nice to have:

• Previous gaming, compliance, or back-office support experience
• Familiarity with gaming industry regulations
• Experience with CRM or support ticketing systems

The Practical Details

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria - Bulgaria's capital, with vibrant culture, affordable living, and an emerging tech hub

Schedule: Shift-based (full details provided during interview) for 24/7 operational coverage

Relocation: We arrange company housing for your first 21 days and provide €1,500 gross to cover initial costs. We'll also help you find permanent housing in Sofia.
