Operating within a global leader in safety solutions, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our German-speaking customer base. In this role, you bridge technical product expertise and client relations, ensuring that every customer receives tailored, accurate, and professional guidance from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Core Tasks

Primary Client Point of Contact: Take ownership of incoming communications, acting as the welcoming and authoritative first point of contact for German customers across phone and email channels.
Inquiry Management: Expertly handle and resolve questions concerning product specifications, availability, current order status, and delivery schedules.
Technical Consultation & Blueprints: Provide advisory support on client projects by translating complex construction plans, architectural drawings, and structural requirements into comprehensive product lists and formal quotations.
Administrative Order Management: Accurately process orders, returns, and quotation requests within the system, maintaining high standards of data integrity and administrative precision.
Cross-Market Collaboration: Support and assist colleagues managing neighboring markets, stepping in flexibly to aid with Dutch and English inquiries when team demands require.
Process Improvement: Actively contribute innovative ideas and practical solutions to enhance customer service workflows, internal communication, and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Candidate Profile

Language Proficiency:
- German: C2 level fluency (exceptional spoken and written command).
- Dutch: B2 level proficiency (intermediate spoken and written capability to support cross-market tasks).
Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a customer service, client support, or technical advisory role.
Technical Interest: A demonstrable interest in technical products, safety infrastructure, or construction-related structures.
Scheduling & Availability:
- Flexible availability ranging from 24 to 38 hours per week (with a popular 32-hour / 80% work schedule option available).
- Mandatory Availability: Must be available to work on Wednesday mornings, Thursdays, and Fridays.
Core Competencies: Strong organizational skills, an independent and meticulous working style, and an innate customer-first, solution-oriented mindset.
Software & Tools: Previous hands-on experience working with enterprise CRM systems is considered a strong advantage.

Location & Work Model
