Position SummaryA leading international manufacturer of heavy machinery and commercial transport solutions is hiring an enthusiastic Customer Advisor for its Ghent site in Belgium. Your core objective will be minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring international supply chains operate without interruption. Functioning as the key link between corporate clients and engineering experts, you will deliver technical guidance, diagnostic support, and customized operational solutions to fleet directors and authorized service facilities across the globe.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Address high-priority phone calls and digital requests while adhering to strict safety and quality protocols.
• Analytical Diagnostics: Investigate complex operational bottlenecks to build fast, data-informed solutions for business accounts.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Logistics, and Engineering teams to reduce turnaround times and keep enterprise records accurate.
• Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy a balanced weekly arrangement featuring four days on-site at our modern Ghent location and one day working from home.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Undertake an intensive corporate training program starting on day one. Mechanical background is not required; full technical training is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Abilities: Complete fluency in both German and Dutch (written and spoken), with the ability to switch between both seamlessly in corporate settings. Professional command of English (minimum B2 level) for system use, documentation, and global teamwork.
• Professional Attributes: Demonstrated composure under pressure, maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach during urgent client discussions.
• Digital Literacy: Tech-savvy with strong experience navigating enterprise software platforms and managing multiple digital tools simultaneously.
• Shift Flexibility: Complete readiness to work within a 24/7 rotating shift structure to provide uninterrupted global fleet assistance.
