Position Summary

A prominent international manufacturer of heavy machinery and commercial transport solutions is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Advisor for its Ghent site in Belgium. Your core objective will be minimizing vehicle downtime and ensuring international supply chains operate without interruption. Functioning as the key link between corporate clients and engineering experts, you will deliver technical guidance, diagnostic support, and customized operational solutions to fleet directors and authorized service facilities across the globe.

Core Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Address high-priority phone calls and digital support inquiries while strictly adhering to corporate safety and quality protocols.
• Analytical Diagnostics: Evaluate complex operational bottlenecks to formulate swift, data-backed solutions for commercial accounts.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, and Engineering divisions to shorten turnaround times and maintain accurate database records.
• Hybrid Work Model: Take advantage of a balanced weekly schedule consisting of four days on-site at our modern Ghent hub and one day working from home.
• Fully Paid Onboarding: Complete an intensive corporate training program starting on day one. A background in mechanics is not required; complete technical training is provided.

Candidate Requirements

• Language Abilities: Complete fluency in both German and Dutch (written and spoken), with the ability to switch between both languages effortlessly in corporate environments. Professional command of English (minimum B2 level) for software navigation, case documentation, and global team collaboration.
• Professional Attributes: Proven composure under pressure, maintaining a calm, solution-driven attitude during urgent customer communications.
• Digital Literacy: Tech-savvy profile with strong experience operating enterprise software systems and managing multiple digital applications simultaneously.
• Shift Flexibility: Full readiness to work within a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to ensure continuous support for global fleet operations.
