German Language expert

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

 3 to 6 years of experience with payroll systems, payroll

processing, and/or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP,

Workday, or similar preferred)

 Fluency in German

 Good understanding of: German tax laws, Social security rules

 Collective agreements (Tarifverträge), Wage types and statutory

benefits

 Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and

entering data.

 Processing and reviewing/analysis of end-to-end payroll to

completion.

 Maintain employment records and individually handle HR

related queries.

 Attention to details and excellent analytical skills

 Ability to manage deadlines in a demanding environment

 Elevated level of professionalism and confidentiality

 Strong written and verbal communication skills

Good-to-Have Multicountry Payroll exposure (US, Canada , UK, Switzerland ,

Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia etc)
