German Language Processor Lead (HRO + German)

• Experience with HR ticketing/case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and knowledge management practices.
• Exposure to HRIS and learning systems (e.g., SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Workday, Cornerstone, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint for reporting/communications.
• Understanding of HR lifecycle processes (onboarding, employee data changes, benefits support, HR queries).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle high volumes, and work with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work in shifts aligned to business requirements, rotational shifts as applicable.
• Work model as per project and organizational policy.
• May require flexibility during peak periods (month-end, learning campaigns, compliance deadlines).

• Any graduate/postgraduate (preferred: HR/Business/Commerce) or equivalent relevant experience.
• 04 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services / HR Help Desk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Ability to follow SOPs, maintain data accuracy, and handle confidential employee information.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven, metrics-oriented environment.
