Core Responsibilities: Strategic Consultation & Growth

• Executive Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting, high-impact partnerships with SME owners and enterprise executives.
• Revenue Generation: Use deep product expertise to navigate negotiations, solve complex client challenges, and consistently surpass financial targets.
• Pipeline Optimization: Proactively identify high-value prospects and manage a smooth, professional sales cycle for international tech accounts.
• Market Analysis: Stay current on evolving cloud computing and digital marketing trends to deliver data-backed, expert guidance to your clients.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure daily outreach aligns with the organization's broader strategic goals.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent command of German (B2+/C1 level) alongside professional English proficiency (B2) for global team collaboration.
• Professional Background: At least one year of experience in a sales-focused role, with a proven track record in lead generation, account management, or deal closing.
• Technical Aptitude: A solid foundational understanding of cloud solutions and a genuine enthusiasm for the digital tech space.
• Core Strengths: A resilient, proactive work ethic with the ability to independently resolve complex business problems.
• Location: Currently living in Krakow or fully prepared to relocate to this growing European tech hub.
