About the Role
As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, focusing on converting leads into active subscribers for our innovative tech solutions. This is a high-energy, hybrid role within a dynamic sales environment that rewards performance with an exceptional, uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the process from initial contact and cold-calling to conducting client meetings, running free trials, and closing subscriptions.
- Lead & Account Management: Effectively manage auto-assigned leads and ensure a smooth account handover to the Customer Experience team post-subscription.
- Activity & KPIs: Achieve daily call volume targets (approx. 80-100 calls/day) and consistently meet KPIs related to demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Ramp-up Goals: Work towards clear ramp-up targets: Month 0 & 1 (0%), Month 2 (30%), Month 3 (60%), Month 4 (100%).
Requirements
- Language: Czech + english
- Experience: 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting).
- Skills: Strong comfort with cold-calling and a KPI/metrics-oriented mindset.
- Location: Must already reside in Spain (No relocation support provided).
Working Hours & Flexibility
- Standard Schedule: Monday to Thursday (09:00 - 18:00) and Friday (09:00 - 15:00). Enjoy your Friday afternoons off!
- Hybrid Model: Fully on-site in Madrid for the first 4 weeks of training. Afterwards, a 50% hybrid work model becomes available once you reach at least 70% of your sales target. Post-training, on-site visits are only required about once a month (travel expenses covered by Doofinder).
What We Offer (Compensation & Benefits)
- Competitive Pay: €30,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (Target: €600/month standard).
- Performance Multipliers: Earn more as you overachieve!
- < 80% of target = 1x
- 80% = 1.3x
- 100% = 2x
- 150% = 3x
- Quarterly Bonus: If your average quarterly achievement exceeds 150%, the entire quarter's commissions are adjusted with a massive 3x multiplier!
