German speaking Account manager

About you:

You enjoy building strong relationships and helping customers get great value from the products they use. You're confident talking about commercial terms and can guide conversations in a clear, straightforward way. You like spotting opportunities to grow accounts and you're comfortable working in a fast-moving software environment.

You're fluent in German and can communicate naturally with customers at all levels. You take pride in offering a high level of service and see yourself as a trusted advisor, not just a point of contact. You're curious about how businesses work, especially across people-focused areas like HR, payroll and learning.

Day-to-day, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of Access Learning Content customers, building relationships that support renewals and growth.

• Lead commercial conversations and contract discussions, making sure customers are on the right agreements.Manage the migration of legacy Bookboon customers to the Access Learning Content platform.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Access products, including HR, payroll and employee benefits solutions.

• Build connections across customer organisations and support wider team activities such as events and collaborative sales work.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

• Experience in account management or software sales in a digital environment.

• Confidence handling commercial and contractual discussions with a range of stakeholders.

• A good understanding of business processes, particularly across HR, learning and development, or people functions.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
