Job Description

Supporting NSC FCSD Marketing & Sales teams to provide superior and competency-based services on the full scope of the Variable Marketing program management, from the idea until the evaluation. All activities must be in line with the SLA, FoE strategy/growth plan and audit compliant.
Responsibilities
- Support National Sales Companies (NSCs) in planning, developing, and submitting sales incentive and dealer support programs, ensuring they meet business requirements and funding criteria.
- Prepare business cases and financial analyses for new and existing programs, including profitability calculations, cost-benefit analysis, and different sales volume scenarios.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and dealer network performance to support strategic decision-making and optimize program effectiveness.
- Set and align sales objectives for dealer networks by applying analytical models and financial calculations, ensuring consistency across local markets and regional headquarters.
- Coordinate with local markets during program launches, collect and validate dealer targets, and monitor progress using reporting dashboards and performance tracking tools.
- Prepare monthly sales and incentive forecasts in line with European business guidelines, providing supporting analyses while ensuring compliance with internal control requirements.
- Evaluate the performance of sales incentive programs by measuring results against defined objectives and collecting supporting data from local markets where required.
- Prepare documentation for dealer bonus payments based on program performance and submit payment requests through the appropriate approval systems.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders by maintaining databases, managing SharePoint-based workflows, supporting ticketing processes, and developing dealer performance reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, increase operational efficiency, and support the digital transformation of sales incentive program management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and continuous improvement of dealer incentive programs.
Qualifications
Preferred Skills/ Experience:
- Education & Experience: University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; Aftersales experience preferred.
- Languages: Fluency in both English and German, with the ability to support daily business in both languages.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with data analytics (SQL/GCP/VBA) or BI tools is a strong asset.
- Execution & Drive: Exceptional priority management skills to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines in a dynamic, international environment.
- Mindset & Integrity: A proactive, collaborative problem-solver with strong business acumen and the courage to drive the right decisions for the business.
