YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• In case of breakdowns and accidents, our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle
• You work closely with insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner
• You handle inbound and outbound communication via email and phone, providing seamless support throughout the process
• You create orders and reserve the requested vehicles accurately and efficiently
• You act as the key point of contact for customers during stressful situations, delivering calm and effective solutions
• You contribute to a collaborative, international remote team committed to service excellence

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Customer Orientation You have an excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction
• Language Proficiency You are fluent in German and English; additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus
• Effective Communication You are open-minded, communicative, and confident in both written and verbal exchanges
• Flexibility You can adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts (22:00-06:00h)
• Teamwork & Collaboration You work effectively within an international team, fostering cooperation and a positive working atmosphere
• Solution-Focused Mindset You quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions, ensuring service continuity and customer satisfaction
