Our client is a fast-growing, founder-led European company that has been shaping the physical identity of some of Europe's most recognised brands since 2014. Their premium custom signage solutions are trusted by companies across retail, hospitality, technology, and luxury, and they continue to expand their presence across Europe.

As part of their continued growth, they're looking for a German-speaking sales professional based in Poland to join their international commercial team. The Role

We're looking for a German-speaking B2B Sales Executive to support business development across the DACH market while working remotely from Poland.

This is an individual contributor role focused on consultative B2B sales and does not include people management responsibilities.

You'll work with business clients to understand their requirements, recommend tailored signage solutions, and guide opportunities through the full sales cycle-from qualified opportunity through to closing the deal.

You'll collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure customers receive the right solution for their needs while delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

From day one, you'll receive structured onboarding and ongoing product training to become familiar with the company's solutions, sales methodology, and internal processes, enabling you to confidently advise customers and manage opportunities effectively.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage qualified sales opportunities from initial consultation through to closing.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client's business and recommend tailored signage solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with B2B customers across Germany and the wider European market.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate opportunities, and close new business.
• Maintain an accurate and well-organised CRM, ensuring pipelines, customer information, and follow-up activities remain up to date.
• Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure customer expectations are aligned throughout the sales process.
• Consistently work towards individual sales targets while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Continue developing your sales knowledge through ongoing coaching, training, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in B2B sales or another customer-facing commercial role.
• C1 or fluent German is required.
• Good English for internal communication.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative approach to sales with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Experience managing opportunities, customer follow-ups, and CRM activities in an organised manner.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Interest in technical or customised products and the ability to quickly learn new solutions.
• Motivation to continue developing a long-term career in B2B sales.
