Requirements

• Native or fluent German language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role - C1 or C2 level proficiency required.
• A valid EU passport is mandatory for this position.
• Previous experience in customer support services, B2B account management, client relations, or a comparable client-facing role is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage professional business relationships confidently and diplomatically.
