In this position, you will represent a premier international online travel platform. Working from your own home office, you will act as the primary liaison between global vacationers and lodging hosts, resolving friction points and ensuring every trip goes smoothly.

Everyday Responsibilities

As a core member of our German-language support division, you will manage incoming inquiries across telephone, email, and live chat channels. Your routine obligations will involve:

• Reservation Oversight: Assisting vacationers with booking adjustments, including processing new entries, modifications, cancellations, and coordinating special accommodations.
• Financial & Policy Guidance: Processing refund requests, correcting invoicing discrepancies, and clarifying reservation terms with an empathetic, professional approach.
• B2B Host Assistance: Supporting lodging partners with system troubleshooting, rate updates, and live availability modifications.
• Platform Navigation: Guiding users through web portal functionalities, profile adjustments, and mobile application troubleshooting.
• Data Administration: Logged and detailed documentation of client interactions and resolutions within our centralized CRM infrastructure.

Key Qualifications

• Language Skills: Native-level or bilingual proficiency in both written and spoken German, alongside a strong grasp of English (B2 level minimum) for internal systems and corporate alignment.
• Work Authorization: A valid EU passport or full legal clearance to live and work in Greece.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to smoothly transition between various applications, reference databases, and rapidly adapt to proprietary software platforms.
• Interpersonal Strengths: Strong active listening skills, natural empathy, and a cooperative mindset.
