German-Speaking Business Development Executive - Part-Time

We're looking for a driven, energetic German-speaking Business Development Executive who knows how to turn a cold prospect into a real conversation - and a real conversation into a qualified sales opportunity.

This is a part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, connecting, influencing and winning, with the flexibility of working on a part-time basis.

You'll be joining an exciting technology-focused organisation providing solutions to businesses looking to improve their e-commerce, returns and customer experience processes, playing a key role in developing new business opportunities across the German-speaking market.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience selling B2B services or solutions, who understand how to engage decision-makers, identify business needs and generate new commercial opportunities.

Experience in SaaS, technology, e-commerce, retail, logistics or customer experience solutions would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in strong sales professionals from other service-led B2B environments.

What you'll be doing

You'll be at the front line of new business - identifying the right companies, finding the right people and starting conversations that matter.

Your day will include:

• Hunting for new opportunities and identifying high-potential prospects across the German-speaking market.
• Creating conversations through a multi-channel approach - telephone, email and LinkedIn.
• Engaging prospects and building relationships from the very first interaction.
• Booking high-quality meetings and generating Sales Qualified Leads for the sales team.
• Understanding prospect needs and qualifying opportunities against agreed criteria.
• Maintaining consistent outbound activity, balancing volume with quality.
• Owning your CRM activity in Salesforce, ensuring account data, activity and qualification details are accurate and up to date.
• Working closely with Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales to turn qualified opportunities into pipeline.
• Tracking your performance and continually improving your approach.
• Sharing market insight and ideas to help evolve the sales process.
• Hitting - and ideally smashing - your monthly qualified-lead targets.

What we're looking for

• Fluent German, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in B2B business development, outbound sales or lead generation.
• A background in selling services, solutions or consultative B2B offerings.
• Confidence engaging decision-makers and building relationships with new prospects.
• Experience with cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
• A proactive, resilient and commercially driven approach.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own targets.
• Strong organisational skills and experience using a CRM system.
